多晶CVD金刚石采用化学气相沉积法制造，颜色为半透明的浅黄绿色;

主要推荐用作高品质拉丝模。例如：拉拔直径１.５mm以下的软丝，如：铜丝，铝丝等。直径１.０MM以下的硬丝，如：不锈钢丝，钨丝，钼丝等。

特点：多晶结构，不容易出现拉丝椭圆现象；纯度高，硬度高，热稳定高，热导率高，在高速拉拨中表现出优良的性能。

与聚晶金刚石拉丝膜相比，可以拉制聚晶模无法制备的０.０８mm以下的丝，拉丝的光洁度及寿命优于聚晶模。

 Polycrystalline CVD diamond is mainly manufactured by chemical vapor deposition process (CVD) and turns out primarily in translucent chartreuse.

It is recommended that CVD diamond serve as high-quality wortle for soft wires such as copper wire and aluminium wire of less than DIA 1.5mm and rigid wires such as stainless steel wire, tungsten wire and molybdenum wire of less than DIA 1.0mm.

Characteristics: polycrystalline structure, low possibility of oval wires; high purity, hardness, thermal stability and thermal conductivity and excellent performance in high-speed wiredrawing. Applicable for drawing wires of less than DIA 0.08mm that the polycrystalline die can not achieve when compared to polycrystalline diamond dies, higher degree of finish and longer service life of drawn wires than those made by polycrystalline dies.
