多晶金刚石CVD采用化学气相沉积法制造，中等强度，其热学性质表现于金刚石的热导率是所有材料中最高的。

特点：导热率为１０００－２０００W/M.K,是铜材料的３－５倍，且膨胀系数小。金刚石具有在室温下最高的热导率，且是良好的绝缘体，因此金刚石膜是LED理想的散热材料。 

 Polycrystalline diamond CVD is mainly manufactured by chemical vapor deposition process (CVD) and is featured with moderate strength as well as the highest thermal conductivity among all materials.

Characteristics: thermal conductivity of 1000-2000 W/M.K which is 3-5 times higher than copper materials, low expansion factor. Diamond appreciates the highest thermal conductivity at ambient temperature and it acts as excellent insulator, thus making diamond films the ideal heat dispersing materials for LED.
